New Pupil Starter Pack

Please find on this page the documents you need to read and complete before your child starts at St Cuthbert Mayne.

To complete

  • You will be e-mailed a link to set up the Arbor Parent Portal app, which will allow you to update your child's information, pay for clubs and trips, and update your consents. When you have installed the app:
    • Please complete all the requested consents
    • Please verify the Student Profile is correct, including these details:
      • Ethnicity
      • Religion
      • Language (contact the office if your child's native language is incorrect)
      • Mode of Travel to School – Transportation method
  • Our Uniform policy, and links to order ties, badges, and the school PE kit can be found on our Uniform page.
  • If your pupil has a healthcare plan, or needs to take medication in school, please complete the Healthcare Plan online form.
  • If you are interested in applying for Breakfast Club, please complete the Breakfast Club online form.

Other information

  • We strongly advise parents to make an application for Free School Meals as there are also many more benefits children can receive to support their education. More information can be found on www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/freeschoolmeals or by telephoning 0300 123 4043.
  • For Year 3 music lessons, provided by the Herts Music Service, we recommend that you buy a Yamaha or Aulos descant recorder (with case) from Perfect Pitch for £7.99.
